What a ReviewLoop reply pack looks like
Each week you get your new Google reviews with a drafted reply under each one. You approve with one click or a reply email, and we post them once you’ve added us as a manager on your Business Profile. Nothing is posted without your OK.
Example only: “Juniper Creek Family Dental” is a fictional business, and these reviews were written by us to show the format. Real packs use your own reviews. Every reply here is privacy-safe: none of them confirms that the reviewer is a patient.

1★J. Blake
“Charged me for something my insurance was supposed to cover. Nobody called me back.”
Drafted reply
We’re sorry this has been frustrating, and we’d like to sort it out. Please call our office manager at the front desk number on our profile and we’ll look into it right away. — Office Manager, Juniper Creek Family Dental
Status: HOLD for owner approval: billing dispute. The reply doesn’t confirm the reviewer is a patient, mention treatment or insurance details, or promise a refund. It moves the conversation offline.
How we write replies
- Every review gets a reply, positive or negative, usually within one business day of your approval.
- Short and specific: the reviewer’s name and one real detail they mentioned, so replies never read like a template.
- Negative, billing, legal, medical or safety reviews are always held for your approval, and we suggest taking the conversation offline.
- Privacy first: for dental, medical and veterinary clients we never confirm someone is a patient or mention treatment.
- No fake reviews, no review gating, no incentives, and no asking anyone to change a rating.
Plus the review-request kit
Your direct review link, printable QR cards for the counter and the truck, and a text and email template you can send every customer after a visit. It follows Google’s review policies: everyone gets asked, nobody is screened first, and there are no incentives.
